Lose 10 Lbs. in 10 Days

The steps below will tell you how to lose 10 lbs. in 10 days!! But, the fitness professional in me, will not allow myself to give you this secret formula without the caveat that: LOSING 10 LBS IN 10 DAYS IS DEEMED UNHEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS BY THE CDC, WHICH RECOMMENDS LOSING 2-3 LBS. PER WEEK. THIS GUIDE IS INTENDED FOR QUICK WEIGHT LOSS BEFORE AN EVENT OR TRIP AND IS NOT INTENDED FOR CONTINOUS OR SUSTAINED WEIGHT LOSS. Having said that, sometimes we just need that little confidence booster before we hit that beach in our bikini, you feel me? So, if you want to look like you belong in someone’s pantry (looking like a snack, get it?) then follow these steps for 10 days:

  1. Drink 10 oz. of infused water (cucumber, lemon, mint) every morning before breakfast.
  2. Follow this simple meal plan. (Yes, for all 10 days, you want to be snatched or nah?)

Breakfast – 3 egg whites & 2 pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter

A.M Snack – 1 orange

Lunch – 8 oz. chicken breast & 1 cup of steamed broccoli

P.M Snack – protein shake

Dinner – 8 oz. chicken breast & 2.5 cups of sautéed spinach

  1. Drink 60 oz. of water – only drink water, no soda, coffee, juice, alcohol, etc.
  2. Perform 30-45 minutes of moderate cardio
  3. Drink Iaso detox tea 30 minutes before lunch & dinner
  4. Get 7-8 hours of sleep

That’s it – that’s the secret formula! Follow these steps for 10 days, with no cheating and you will be looking brand new.
